# Millennials4Boards is now LIVE!

Zurich, 2nd of June 2025

Today marks the official launch of a global effort to reimagine board diversity through intergenerational intelligence.

Millennials4Boards is a platform dedicated to bridging generations to build better, more resilient boards. Our mission is to reshape corporate governance by connecting seasoned directors and rising leaders – from Gen Z to Baby Boomers.

Stronger and more diverse boards will enable organisations to navigate the complexities of today and seize the opportunities of tomorrow – from digital transformation and sustainability to stakeholder capitalism.

At the heart of our platform is a dynamic mentor-mentee program to exchange insights and challenge assumptions.

Millennials4Boards is a space for experienced board members, future directors, or those simply passionate about better leadership.
